Instagram lets every account download its own history. You request it inside the app or on the web, Instagram emails you when the file is ready, and you send us the link. - Choose Some of your information, then tick: Messages, Comments, Content (posts, stories, reels), Likes, Saved, Followers and following. - Tap Create files. Instagram emails you when the download is ready — often within hours, sometimes a few days for large accounts. - When the email arrives, return to the same page: the file (sometimes several parts, part 1, part 2…) appears under Available downloads. - Upload the ZIP file(s) to Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer. On Drive: right-click → Share → "Anyone with the link" → Viewer.把 ZIP 文件（全部部分）上传到 Google Drive、Dropbox、WeTransfer 或百度网盘。Drive 的话：右键 → 共享 → "知道链接的任何人" → 查看者。Sube el/los ZIP a Google Drive, Dropbox o WeTransfer. That's the media. Set Media quality to Low, or re-request with only Messages, Comments, Content, Likes, Saved and Followers ticked — those are all we read.
