Every entry in the memory keeps its source — which post, which message, which date. Nothing is invented, and nothing is untraceable.
No password. No login. No connected app.
Today the only inputs are the export you download yourself — or your public profile, for the free posts — plus what you choose to tell us. We cannot post, reply, follow or change anything on your account; we never have access to it.
Processed on our own machines. Deleted when the work ends — or when you say so.
We download your archive from the link you choose and process it on equipment we control — it never goes into an outside analysis tool. For a one-time Scan or Setup, the file and every working copy are deleted 30 days after delivery. For an ongoing Content Memory, the memory is kept until 30 days after your last paid month — or until you ask. Either way, we confirm deletion in writing.
Buyers in, personal chats out. Your brand in, your customers’ names out.
We read messages only for business intent — price, order, wholesale, shipping, availability. Family, friends and everything else stay out. Buyer questions are kept as wording, never attached to a name, and the memory of one brand is never mixed with another’s.

Rights to other people’s content
Accounts you admire can show us your taste. That doesn’t give anyone the right to reuse their photos, footage or words — so we don’t. Drafts use your own assets or call for new ones.

A post people saved is a good sign for content. It is not evidence it will convert as a paid ad. We label which is which; running content as paid ads is a separate service.

What exactly is “brand memory”?
A written-out model of your brand built only from what you authorise — your posts, images, videos, captions, brand rules and the performance data you choose to share. It holds your visual style, your voice, your recurring themes, the assets worth reusing and the lines you never cross. You can read all of it and correct any of it; the next draft follows the correction.
What do the 3 free posts include?
Send your public profile link (or your export, if the account is private). We read your 12 most recent posts and send back 3 new post drafts — each a caption plus visual direction — and a one-paragraph read of your voice, within 3 business days. No card, nothing to cancel. It is a sample of the output, not a full memory.
Do I have to give you my password?
No — never. Today the only way in is a one-time upload: the official data export you download yourself from Instagram's Accounts Center, or your public profile for the free posts. We do not log in, do not connect any app to your account, and will never ask for a password or a login code.
Which platforms work today?
Supported now: Instagram, by uploading your account export. Verifying: Facebook Pages — messages and comments only where the Page type and its permissions allow. Planned: TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Threads and Reddit. Xiaohongshu offers no user data export, so it is not on the list.
How is this different from asking ChatGPT to write my posts?
A general model knows nothing about your brand except what you paste in that day. Here every draft is written against your memory and shows which of your own posts and rules it drew on, so you can check it. When something is off, you correct the memory once instead of re-explaining your brand every time. And a person reviews each draft before you see it.
Can you use posts from accounts I admire?
As a signal of taste, yes — composition, pacing, palette. As material, no. Liking or saving someone else's post doesn't give you or us the right to reuse their photos, footage or words, so drafts are built from your own assets or call for new ones.
Will posts that did well organically work as ads?
Not necessarily, and we won't promise it. Saves and comments show what your followers value; they don't predict what a stranger does after a paid impression. If you want content running as ads, that is a separate service: ads.caliradi.ai.
Do you post for me?
Not in the free posts, the Scan, the Setup or Content Memory — those give you drafts you edit, approve, export and publish. Human production — shooting, editing, design and publishing on your behalf, with your approval on every piece — is quoted separately by scope.
How do I pay?
Online, at a secure checkout — one-time payments only. The Memory Scan ($97) you can pay straight from the pricing section. The Brand Memory Setup ($399) and Content Memory ($397 for one month) you pay only after you approve the written scope; their checkout links are on the pricing section and in your confirmation email. Content Memory is bought one month at a time and never renews on its own — you buy the next month only if you want it. Advanced setups are billed as written in the quote.
How long does the Instagram export take?
Requesting it takes about five minutes. Instagram then emails you when the file is ready — often within hours, sometimes a few days for large accounts. The download link expires after a few days, so send it to us by replying to your confirmation email as soon as it arrives.
What happens to the memory if I stop?
It is deleted. For a one-time Scan or Setup, the archive and every working copy go 30 days after delivery. For Content Memory, 30 days after your last month — or sooner if you ask. We confirm deletion in writing on request. The documents and drafts we delivered stay yours.
